The rooms were warm and spotless, had smoke detectors for safety. the location was very special, right by a restaurant, the train station, the city center, and the pretty Tirano old town. the lunch in Osaka Sushi had every choice imaginable.

The staff here were friendly and exceptional, I wish I could have stayed longer, the location is convenient, close to the old town.

Claudia was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us during our stay. She helped us with early check-in, arranged taxis, and even brought us snacks and drinks from the on-site brewery. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and great food recommendations. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a quiet and restful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with options for different preferences. The wi-fi was strong and reliable throughout the property. Parking was available nearby and we appreciated the option to store our luggage. The room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils, made our stay even more convenient. We were also pleased to find that pets were allowed and that the property had air conditioning. Lastly, it was great that there was a strict no-smoking policy on-site. We would definitely choose this place for future stays in Tirano!

Clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The location was perfect, close to the old town and station. Loved the fact that the hotel was above a local bar that brewed its own amazing beers. It was so convenient to check in at the bar and grab a delicious panini. Breakfast was included and the coffee was decent. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Also, the parking was not an issue for me, found local on-street parking without any problems.

The check-in process was a bit impersonal, had to call and get a code for the door. Also, the advertisement mentioned a local brewery, but there was nothing to be seen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even provided me with a breakfast bag when I had to leave early in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 7-10 minute walk from the train station and there are some great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the little beer garden was a great place to relax. Additionally, the hotel is located right in the old town, which added to the charm.
